PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Bryce Canyon City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Bryce Canyon City Public Safety Building, 70 West 100 North, Bryce Canyon City, Utah, 84764 to receive public comment regarding the adoption of a Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. Zoning Map Proposal The purpose is to establish a Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map, to assist the Planning Commission and City Council in the regulation of land usage within the municipal boundaries of Bryce Canyon City, Utah. This includes a Zoning Ordinance with regulations exclusive to Bryce Canyon City and a Zoning map assigning a Residential zoning district to the residential parcels, General or Community Commercial zoning district to the existing and potential commercial parcels, Agricultural zoning district to the existing agricultural parcels, Open Space zoning district to the open space and recreation parcels, Civic zoning district to the publicly owned parcels, etc. Parcel ID(s) See attached document. Legal Descriptions PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 12 AND 13 TOWNSHIP 36S, RANGE 4W SLB&M; AND PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 7, 8, 17 AND 18 TOWNSHIP 36S, RANGE 3W SLB&M.
