CALL TO ORDER 2. ADMINISTER OATH TO NEW COMMISSIONER 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED JULY 7, 2021 ZONING CLEARANCE 4. NEW DWELLING - MICK ROBINSON - R1-10,000 DISCUSSION ITEMS/REVIEW 5. CAR WASH - BRUCE SMITH 6. NIELSON SUITES - JILL WEBER 7. HOME OCCUPATIONS 8. CURB & GUTTER MASTER PLAN 9. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Meetings and Work Sessions.
