Public hearing and recommendation of Patterson Homes' request for review of the Longhorn Meadows zone change at approximately 400 South 1300 West, changing the zoning on 5-acres from TH-5 (transitional holding) to R-1-Flex (residential). Public hearing and recommendation of Toby Cordova's request for review of the Bailey Property Concept, a 37-lot PUD mixed unit type project located at 815 South 1100 West. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to Chapter 26 of the Development Code amending the ADU ordinance to comply with State Legislation. Public hearing and recommendation of Kraig Johnson's request for review of the Johnson General Plan Amendment, amending 4-acres of property from LDR (low density residential) with a NCN (neighborhood commercial node) overlay to HDR (high density residential) with a NCN (neighborhood commercial node) overlay at 3333 West 1500 North. Public hearing and consideration of Gardner Company's request for conditional use approval for the Cold Spring Storage Site Plan located at Orinda Drive and Blue Sky Road.
