- TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday August 4, 2021 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its' regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday August 4, 2021 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: 1.Approve July 7, 2021 Planning and Zoning minutes. 2.Gordon & Karin Cummins building permit, discussion and vote to send to Town Council. 3.Brent East, living in RV in Town road frontage west of 8890 W 25900 N. Discuss possible action and forward to TC. 4.New Ordinance books. Is 2017 computer copy the last/ latest version, minus updates? If so new copies for all committee members so all members have the same books. 5.Miscellaneous ordinance/term work, time permitting. 6.Visitor comments, limited 3 minutes each person.
