- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 3rd day of August 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held July 20, 2021 2. Business - Bob Dahle - Fireworks - Ordinance 21-07 'An Ordinance Amending the Clarkston Town Code Cemetery Rules and Regulations Title 7 Chapter 5 Section 9(F)' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - July Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Meter Access - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch - National Night Out - August 16, 2021 at 6:30 pm Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - August Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - Truth in Taxation Public Hearing And Town Council Meeting - Wednesday August 18, 2021 at 7:00 pm - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
