Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting and a Public Hearing on August 18, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Helper, Utah. Public Hearing is to receive comments on an Ordinance to amend the allowable height in feet above grade for Free-Standing signs in Commercial and Industrial zones where vehicular speed is subject to posted limits between 35 and 55 miles per hour.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 435-472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
