Tayll Hillyard-Discuss the trails survey results & trails transportation master plan 11. Discuss options of a speed limit sign of 20 mph on 200 South 200 West. 12. Discuss truck traffic along 200 South and 300 South. 13. Continue discussion about water restrictions with culinary and secondary water for Wellsville City and notification process. 14.
