PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Council will hold a regular meeting at the date and time noted above. It will be held in the Council Chambers of the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. If you are not on the agenda, the Council will not be able to discuss your item of business until another meeting. If you wish to have an item placed on the agenda, contact the Sunset City Recorder at 801-614-9103. REGULAR SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME by Mayor Madsen 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Smalling 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 15, 2021 and July 6, 2021 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. Introduce and give the Oath of Office to Police Officer Jon Honeycutt 6. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports 7. Adjourn the regular session and move into the work session WORK SESSION 8. Discuss the I-15 Interchange regarding MIDA 9. Discuss live streaming the Council meetings 10. Discuss the Sunset City BMU and TC ordinances regarding the commercial uses allowed 11. Discuss 'Welcome to Sunset' sign 12. Discuss the America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and expenditures 13. Adjourn
