KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 3 - ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS, OF CHAPTER 31 - SPECIAL PROVISIONS APPLYING TO PARTICULAR USES, OF TITLE 17 PLANNING AND ZONING, OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF KAYSVILLE CITY. As a public hearing public is welcome to come share comments with the Planning Commission at the hearing listed above. Comments can also be submitted online prior to the meeting by visiting kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission and filling out the form at the bottom of the page under the section titled 'Need to contact the Planning Commission?' Also, should you have any questions regarding the request or process you may contact the Kaysville City Community Development office at 801-546-1241.
