Jeremy Archibald, IT - Use of CARES fund balance for upgrade of communications platform to Microsoft Government account 2. Dave Vickers, Morgan County Fire Warden, Boyd Carrigan, Morgan County Fire Chief, Dave Rich, Morgan County Fire Marshall - Recommendation for closure of long-range section of shooting range at Morgan Gun Range. Recommendation for improvements at Morgan Gun Range for wild land fire prevention/reduction 3. Commissioner Blaine Fackrell - Presentation of Citizens' Trail Committee. Move forward with the Commission support of getting necessary funding needed to have a total trail plan to be added to the general plan 4. Commissioner Blaine Fackrell - Resolution in support of the UAC-Natural Resources Committee of the Stone-Manning nomination 5. Commissioner Jared Andersen - Approval of an agreement by and between Wasatch Front Regional Council and Morgan County establishing a Rural Planning Organization. F) Commissioner Comments - G) Adjourn - Note: The Commission may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session (Executive Session) pursuant to Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205.
