DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner: Ballard City 2381 East 1000 South Ballard, Utah 84066 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Serenity Park Roadway Project, which includes approximately 3,300 feet of concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, 1000 ton of Hot Mix Asphalt, storm drain piping, and related work, will be received by Ballard City at the offices of Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt Utah 84066 until 3:00 PM, Friday, August 27, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt Utah 84066, (435) 722-8267 For questions regarding the Bidders List and accessing project manual & plans, email Jennifer at jennifer.b@jonesanddemille.com; for project specific or technical questions, email Jeff Baker at jeff.b@jonesanddemille.com. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing office during business hours, upon payment of $40.00 for each set, no part of which will be refunded. Electronic copy (PDF) may be obtained for download at www.jonesanddemille.com or www.questcdn.com for $30.00. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
