Wednesday, August 4, 2021 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a Planning Commission work session commencing at 5:00 p.m. and a Planning Commission meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on August 4, 2021. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Planning Commission Meetings located at the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Work Session (5:00 p.m.) No formal actions are taken in a work session. 2. Minutes A. July 7, 2021 3. Conditional Use Permit (Public Hearing) A. 200 EAST 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves adding equipment on an existing tower located at approximately 1501 North 200 East. 4. Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. WASATCH PALLET. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from I-1 to I-2 for a parcel located at approximately 800 West 1000 North. B. SLIM CHICKENS. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-1-6 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay for property located at 990 North 400 East. 5. Preliminary Plat A. JOHNSON SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves the Preliminary Plat of a Master Planned Development including fifty-three (53) residential lots located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East. 6. Annexation A. UTAH WEST. The proposal requests that 119 acres located at approximately 1600 North 900 West be annexed into the City. 7. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 8. Transportation Master Plan (Public Hearing) A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. 9. Adjourn
