- SPECIAL HEARING NOTICE FOR THE TOWN OF ROCKY RIDGE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ANCHOR ACADEMY LAND USE The Rocky Ridge Town Council will be holding a Special Hearing for the purpose of voting on and/or approving a Resolution regarding a temporary Conditional Use Permit for Anchor Academy to use Lot 22.
