Duchesne County School District, Utah (the “Authority”), and a Ground
Lease Agreement; authorizing the issuance and sale by the Authority of
its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2011, in the aggregate principal
amount of not to exceed $19,000,000; and related matters.
