- Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Enoch City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on August 10, 2021 at 5:30pm at the Enoch City Office, 900 E. Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT. The first public hearing is regarding a zone change application for Tim Stewart Property, Parcel #A-0797 from Professional Office Zone (P-O) to Community Commercial (C-C) for property located on Midvalley Road. The next public hearing will be for a zone change for Worth Grimshaw, Cinnamon Hills property from Single Family Residential R-1-18 to Single Family Residential R-1-11.
