Description/Agenda: IVINS CITY'S OFFICIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Pursuant to Utah Code Section 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, this Notice is hereby given that Ivins City intends to have prepared the above plan and analysis according to the laws of the State of Utah. The Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis includes the entire Ivins City limits.
