- Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on July 15, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order - Welcome - Opening Ceremony - Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- June 17, 2021 3. Planning and Zoning Report- Karey Sorenson 4. Discussion and Possible Action- Preliminary Plat - Major Subdivision- Approx. 5795 N 4600 W- Misrasi 5. Discussion and Possible Action- Appendix A- Land Uses by Zone 6. Discussion and Possible Action - Amending Chapter 1- General Provisions 7. Discussion and Possible Action- Amending Chapter 2 Definitions 8. Discussion and Possible Action- Amending the General Plan 9. Future considerations- 10. Assignments for next meeting 11. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings.
