- Agenda Manti City Council Meeting Manti City Building 50 South Main Street July 28th, 2021 6:30 p.m. Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Korry Soper Agenda Items: 1. Kelly Peterson - Proposed subdivision and annexation near Crystal Springs. 2. Financial Review - May 2021 statements. 3. David Craig - Request to address Mayor and Council. 4. Continuing Business a. Discussion concerning culinary water hookups on vacant residential lots b. Discussion concerning Debi Abbott request to divide property which contains 4 existing residences in the R=1 zone. 5. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 6. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 7. Mayor Korry Soper 8. Consideration of minutes of the previous meeting. 9. City Manager Kent Barton. 10. Executive Session (if needed).
