- FERRON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Ferron City Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in conjunction with the regular scheduled City Council Meeting, to receive public input on a proposal made by the planning commission to amend the Ferron City Zoning Map by rezoning certain described land located between 200 West to 200 East and from Canyon/Molen Rd North to the city boundary (excluding current CC-1 Central Commercial zone between 100 W and 100 E) to be zoned as H-1 Highway Commercial. They will also consider input on adding RV Courts as a permitted use within the CC-1 Central Commercial zone. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard for or against the proposed items. If you are unable to attend, you may submit a written statement to the Recorder at 20 E Main St, PO Box 820, Ferron Utah 84523 or recorder@ferroncity.org. The meeting will be held at the Ferron City Hall located at 20 East Main Street, Ferron, Utah. I, the undersigned duly acting and appointed Recorder of Ferron City, hereby certify that the foregoing notice was mailed to each affected entity, posted in three public places, on ferroncity.org and the Utah Public Notice Website on July 27, 2021.
