- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Brian Head Town Brian Head Town is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - Brian Head Town tax on a $342,000 residence would increase from $447.49 to $527.62, which is $80.13 per year. - Brian Head Town tax on a $342,000 business would increase from $813.62 to $959.31, which is $145.69 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Brian Head Town would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 17.93% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: August 10, 2021 @ 6:00 pm Location: Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers - 56 N. Hwy. 143 - PO Box 190068 - Brian Head, UT 84719. To obtain more information regarding the tax increase, Citizens may contact Brian Head Town at 435-677-2029.
