Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the PLANNING COMMISSION on AUGUST 12, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by DRAPER CITY, for a TEXT AMENDMENT, known as the CITY INITIATED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT TEXT AMENDMENT, for the purpose of AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF DRAPER CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 9 IN ORDER TO AMEND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO DEFINITIONS, SECOND KITCHENS IN SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS, AND ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS.
