The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on August 12th, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss with possible approval, zone map amendment for parcels FT-28 and FT-28-A-1, located near the intersection of SR 32 and Lambert Lane. The property is currently zoned approximately 4.31 ac C-1 (commercial) and 2.30 ac AG-1 (agricultural). The applicant is asking that both parcels be zoned all C-1. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org. The public may also view the meeting via the zoom link below or by calling 1-346-248-7799. You will not be allowed to make public comment via zoom, you must attend in person.
