Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY The WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY tax on a $304,000 residence would increase from $272.37 to $365.67, which is $93.30 per year. - The WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY tax on a $304,000 business would increase from $495.22 to $664.85, which is $169.63 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 34.22% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
