NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Nailstagia by Brit - Home Occupation License at 775 E Maple St. Zoned R-1-7 4. Appoint & Oath of Office City Reorder - Gracie Steele 5. Appoint & Oath of Office City Treasurer - Rebecca Evans 6. Fire Department - Employee Status Change - Bethany Perea - Status Change from Probationary Volunteer Firefighter to Full-Time Volunteer Fire Fighter - Mark Larsen - Status Change from Probationary Volunteer Firefighter to Full-Time Volunteer Fire Fighter 7. Sunrise Engineering Water Engineering Service Contract - Discussion and Contract Approval 8. Resolution 2021-11 - A Resolution of Wellington City Approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Carbon County Redevelopment Agency 9. Mid-Term Vacancy of Wellington City Council - in Harmony with Utah Code, interview and appoint a person from the submitted and qualified nominees to fill the subject vacancy.
