- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING August 5, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding adoption of a budget for fiscal year 2021-2022, including the schedule of compensation for elected, statutory, and appointed officers; and setting a property tax rate above the Certified Tax Rate. Persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard regarding the budget proposed for 2021-2022. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
