- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 07/28/2021. SAFETY SECONDS - Mayor Kourianos 5. WATER CONSERVATION UPDATE 6. PUBLIC COMMENT 7. PRESENTATION / COMMENTS FROM DOUG FOLSOM - Doug Folsom from the ULGT will present safety and risk management data to Price City. CONSENT AGENDA 8. MINUTES a. July 14, 2021 City Council Workshop b. July 14, 2021 City Council Meeting 9. COBRA BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION - Consideration and possible approval of American Benefits Group to administer COBRA benefits via NFP. 10. EASY PROGRAM REIMBURSMENT - Consideration and possible approval of an EASY Program reimbursement to Corner Coffee & Tea, Susan Neel, for tangible property improvements. 11. UTAH ARMY NATIONAL GUARD USE OF THE PRICE CITY WAVE POOL - Consideration and possible approval to allow the Utah Army National Guard use of the pool for one day (August 6, 2021) for water survival training and wave the fees. 12. BUSINESS LICENSE - Consideration and possible approval of business license for: Utah Behavioral Health Solutions LLC at 23 S Carbon Avenue. 13. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
