- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, August 5th, 2021 beginning as close to 6:00 pm as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed amendments to Title 13, as per State of Utah legislation, that modifies provisions related to single-family housing, specifically to permit certain accessory dwelling units as a permitted land use as well as Title 5.68 (licensing)- Multiple Rental Dwelling Units .. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a amendment to the zoning map for .96 acres of property located at 6121 S Highland Dr. from C-2 (commercial) to HCR (Holladay Crossroads zone). Interested parties are encouraged to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay's website The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website www.cityofholladay.com.
