- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 3rd day of August 2021, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Zone Map from R-1-10 zone to R-2-10 for approximately .35 acres of property located at 4409 South 2300 East. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
