The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of allegiance: Kevin Bailey Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Kevin Bailey Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public - limited to 3 minutes) Consent Items: - Minutes of May 25, 2021, June 8, 2021 and June 10, 2021 - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:05 P.M. 1. Public Hearing - Discussion and possible action to rezone properties along 1000 W, Pleasant View Drive and 850 W to correct zones and split-zones. Ordinance 2021-7. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 7:00 P.M. 2. Presentation from Weber County School District regarding an upcoming school bond that will appear on the November ballot. (Presenters: Dr. Jeff Stephens, Superintendent & Lane Findlay, Community Relations Director) 7:15 P.M. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve a Development Agreement with Simon Goe Subdivision for the upsizing of infrastructure for the extension of Parkland Blvd, north of 2775 North. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 7:25 P.M. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve Budge Farms' development agreement for improvements to infrastructure in and adjacent to the subdivision. Discussion and possible action to approve a revised agreement between Craven Living Trust and Pleasant View City regarding the construction of Zone 1 Reservoir and Transmission Line Water Improvements located at 1400 W 3200 N.
