Lots are 23 through 29 and lot 57. - Review and approve or deny recommendation to City Council for a Simple Lot Subdivision located at approximately 150 East 500 North, Parcel # F 5857-5-1, applicant Raun Child. - Review and approve or deny recommendation to City Council for a Simple Lot Subdivision located at approximately 420 North 100 East, Parcel # F 554-2, applicant Raun Child. - Request from Christina Beckwith to allow Short Term Rentals or Air B&B as an allowed use in Fillmore City. - From the Fillmore City Master Street Plan, applicant Brandon Bartholomew would like Fillmore City to continue the road width of the Mountain View Subdivision. The proposed road to consider is of 340 South from 600 East to 300 East.
