- HEARING NOTICE Public Notice is given that a meeting of the Planning Commission of the Town of Apple Valley will be held on Wednesday, August 04, 2021, commencing at 6:00 PM or shortly thereafter at 1777 N Meadowlark Dr, Apple Valley. HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING 1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FOR LOT AV-1354-D-9 LOCATED NEAR 600 S MAIN STREET FROM OST TO A-10 2. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FOR LOT AV-1355-A FROM OST TO SF-.5 AND C-3 3. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FOR LOT AV-1-3-5-211 FROM OST TO SF-.5, C-3, AND TC ADJOURNMENT Interested persons are encouraged to attend public meetings to present their views. Comments can also be submitted in writing at least one day prior to the meeting by emailing administrator@applevalley.gov. Comments submitted in writing will be read on the record during the meeting.
