NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments and make possible recommendation to the City Council on a city-initiated zoning text amendment to Chapter 19.29 - 'R-1-6 - Residential Single-Family Zone.' The purpose of the proposed amendment is to add home occupations as an allowed use in this zone, to be consistent with all other residential zones.
The hearing will be held in person at Cottonwood Heights City Hall, 2277 East Bengal Blvd., on August 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Inquiries should be directed to Samantha DeSeelhorst, Associate Planner & Sustainability Analyst, sdeseelhorst@ch.utah.gov, 801-944-7069.

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
