- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South or via Zoom to discuss the following matters: Site Plan for Starbucks at approximately 1043 W Antelope Drive of approximately 0.62 acres by request of Brent Malili of Legend Partners Preliminary Plat for Parkview at approximately 2500 W Gentile Street of approximately 60.12 acres by request of Wes Graham of Woodside Homes Text Amendment to Syracuse City Code 10.30.010 regarding swimming pool setbacks Text Amendments to Syracuse City Code 10.20.030, 10.20.050, and 10.30.090 regarding removing newspaper posts as a part of noticing requirements Connect digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89874215169 or by phone at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 898 7421 5169. Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
