IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Conditional Use Permits The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Telecommunications Site/Facility (construct a new Cellular Facility - self-support tower/antenna and related equipment) - Located at 4195 S Graff Farm Road, Cedar City, Utah. Application by: InfoWest Inc. (represented by Jeff Knight). Within the NE1/4 NE1/4 SEC 11, T37S, R12W, SLB&M. Located on Parcel No. E-0278-0004-0000 All interested persons are invited to attend.
