PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-6-2: Definitions; Boarding and Rooming House, to modify the definition of 'Boarding and Rooming House and provide an effective date. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance applying the R1-12 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately 3.4 acres on property currently zoned R1-20 (Single Family Residential) Zone, located at approximately 1620 North 1300 West, and providing an effective date.
