PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. the Koosharem Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Room located at 45 North Main Street, Koosharem, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to accept comments on the proposed subdivision of property owned by: Shane & Jill Sorenson Koosharem Tax No. 2-K2-5 & 2-K2-6 The property is located at the NW 1/4 of Section 26, T26S, R1W, S.L.B.&M in Koosharem. The complete legal description is available for review at the Town Office. The plat relating to the proposed subdivision is available for review at the office of the Town Clerk, 45 North Main, Koosharem, Utah. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING THE UNDERSIGNED DULY APPOINTED CLERK, DOES HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE NOTICE WILL BE POSTED ON THE UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE WEBSTIE, AT THE KOOSHAREM TOWN OFFICE AND GRASS VALLEY MERC ON THE 20th DAY OF JULY, 2021.
