IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, August 3, 2021 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on recommendation of a proposed Zone Change from RA-5 (Residential Agricultural, minimum lot size 5 acres) and RA-1 (Residential Agricultura, minimum lot size 1 acre) to RE-15 (Residential Estates District, minimum lot size 15000 sq ft), with an SLA (lot averaging), and R-1-5 (Residential Single Family, minimum lot size 5,000 sq ft), on approximately 18.495 acres. Applicant/Owner: Kayenta Development and Red Mountain Ranch, LLC-Owner/Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 600 West to 800 West and Hwy 91. Contact: Cody Mitchell, Building and Zoning Department, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
