Wednesday, July 21, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chamber at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. July 14, 2021 2. Annexation A. UTAH WEST. The proposal requests that 119 acres located at approximately 1600 North 900 West be annexed into the City. 3. Zone Change A. WASATCH PALLET. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from I-1 to I-2 for a parcel located at approximately 800 West 1000 North. 4. Site Plan A. WASATCH PALLET. The proposal involves the industrial development of a parcel located at approximately 800 West 1000 North. B. QUICK QUACK CARWASH REMODEL. The proposal involves the expansion of an existing commercial development located at 376 East 1000 North. 5. Minor Plat Amendment A. RIVER RUN PLAT A AMENDMENT. The proposal requests amending existing townhomes in a recorded Final Plat located at approximately 200 East South Lane. 6. Final Plat A. PARK ESTATES C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 11 single-family homes located at 2730 East 360 South. 7. Conditional Use Permit A. 200 EAST 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves adding equipment on an existing tower located at approximately 1501 North 200 East. 8. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 9. Transportation Master Plan A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. 10. Adjourn
