The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 to receive public comments regarding a potential zoning map or zoning ordinance amendment to the Entry Corridor Commercial and Agricultural 5 properties. The properties are located generally along SR 248 from the western boundary of Kamas to The Canal. The Planning Commission will be taking input on potential new zoning, including but not limited to making the entire area zoned all Agricultural or all Entry Corridor. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm in the Kamas City Hall, 170 North Main, Kamas. The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 to receive public comments regarding a modification to the Home Occupation ordinance 15.23.050 (3)(f) to make it an administrative conditional use process. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm in the Kamas City Hall, 170 North Main, Kamas. The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 to receive public comments regarding a modification to the land use table 15.30.020 regarding permitting auto sales and rentals in the General Commercial Zone. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm in the Kamas City Hall, 170 North Main, Kamas. The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 to receive public comments regarding a modification to the land use definitions 15.02.010 to address fractional numbers and rounding in land use applications.
