Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE WELLSVILLE CITY The WELLSVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The WELLSVILLE CITY tax on a $366,000 residence would increase from $163.46 to $191.03, which is $27.57 per year. The WELLSVILLE CITY tax on a $366,000 business would increase from $297.19 to $347.33, which is $50.14 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, WELLSVILLE CITY would increase it's property tax budgeted revenue by 16.84% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 8/3/2021 6:10 P.M.
