Riverton City Invitation for Bid No. CC21-398 Rose Creek Phase III Realignment Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the Rose Creek Phase III Realignment Project. Work includes excavation, grading, and compaction for construction of 500 LF creek re-alignment; installation 80 LF Pre-Cast Box Culvert; 20 LF of RCP storm drain with boxes; reconstruction of the Welby Jacob Canal over Rose Creek; landscape and irrigation; other items included as specified. Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on Thursday August 5th, 2021. Bids may be submitted to the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065 or submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders, registered on the plan holder's list, may request to attend the opening via a Zoom meeting by sending a request to the purchasing department, ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. An electronic format of the bid package including plans may be obtained through the purchasing website after Wednesday, July 21st, 2021, https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
