TREMONTON CITY LIBRARY BOARD MEETING July 21, 2021 Meeting to be held at Tremonton City Offices 102 S. Tremont Street Tremonton, Utah 7:00 p.m. AGENDA 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes from April 21, 2021 4. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Library Board regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes. 5. New Business a. Discuss Next Year's Meeting Schedule b. Review Tremonton Library Board Bylaws c. Ratify New Staff Members 6. Unfinished Business a. Vote on Library Board Positions 7. Board Reports a. Library Director's Report b. Business Items for the Next Board Meeting 8. Calendar Items a. Next Library Board Meeting will be held on October 20, 2021 b. Beginning Computer Class on Tuesdays @ 9-11 am (Senior Center) c. Computer Help Class on Wednesdays @ 9-11 am (Senior Center) d. Advanced Computer Class on Thursdays @ 9-11 am (Senior Center) e. Storytime in the Park on Fridays @ 10 am (under pavilion) f. Adult Book Club with monthly book provided by library (Facebook) g. Adult Book Club Discussion on first Thursday of month @ 7:30 pm (ZOOM) h. Magic Show on July 23 @ 10 am (in park) i. Puppet Making Activity on July 29 @ 10 am (in park) j. 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Challenge (Beanstack) 9. Adjournment Anchor Location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Board may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance.
