- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Council will hold a regular meeting at the date and time noted above. It will be held in the Council Chambers of the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. REGULAR SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME by Mayor Madsen 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Bangerter 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 1, 2021 4. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS - $80,861.80 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS PUBLIC HEARING 6. To seek public input on the request for rezone of the two properties located at 1647 North Main and 1661 North Main from C-2 Commercial to Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) by Bearkat Investments, LLC REGULAR SESSION 7. Consider Ordinance 2021-03 amending the Sunset City Zoning map by changing the zone from C-2 to BMU on the two properties located at 1647 North Main and 1661 North Main 8. Request a conditional use for a vape shop called the Salty Vape to be located at 271 W. 1260 N. 9. Consider approving the iWorQ service agreement for iWorQ applications and services 10. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports 11. Adjourn the regular session and move into the work session WORK SESSION 12. Discuss street lighting 13. Discuss the Veterans Memorial Park 14. Discuss live streaming the Council meetings 15. Discuss needs for the America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding 16. Adjourn
