- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 20th day of July 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember J. Buttars - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held June 22, 2021 2. Business - Youth Council - Holly Jones - Discussion regarding Resolution 21-10 - Resolution 21-10 'A Resolution To Notify The Owners Of A Lot, Site, or Portion Of The Cemetery Which Has Been Unused For Burial Purposes For More Than 60 Years That They Must Express Interest In Using The Site Or Their Rights Will Be Terminated.' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - June Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Water Restriction Violation - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch - National Night Out - August 16, 2021 at 6:30 pm Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - August 3, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
