Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE MILLVILLE CITY The MILLVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The MILLVILLE CITY tax on a $385,000 residence would increase from $142.08 to $163.26, which is $21.18 per year. - The MILLVILLE CITY tax on a $385,000 business would increase from $258.34 to $296.84, which is $38.50 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, MILLVILLE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 14.90% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
