NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
Nibley City Council
The Nibley City Council is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The Nibley City Council tax on a $353,000 residence would increase from $288.12 to $323.65, which is $35.53 per year.
- The Nibley City Council tax on a $353,000 business would increase from $523.85 to $588.45, which is $64.60 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Nibley City Council would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 12.32% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue, excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
