- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a (virtual via zoom) Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Public Hearing concerning sewer rate increase. Public Comments Welcomed 2. Approve Minutes of the 2nd Q. 2021 Meeting of the Board of Trustees held April 21st, 2021. 3. Approve Minutes of the Special Meeting held June 3rd, 2021 4. Review Second Quarter 2021 Financial Statements. 5. Auditor Review, Discussion. 6. Engineer Selection Discussion. 7. District Property Development, Co-ownership with Town . 8. Discuss Audit Findings / State Auditor - Bookkeeper Search - Board Member On-Line Training (link) 9.
