NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Zoom Meeting Information Meeting ID: 850 9265 9069 Phone: (346) 248-7799 The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 3, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is requesting approval for a plat amendment for the Pebble Lane Estates subdivision to adjust the lot lines of two existing residential lots. - The City Council will consider declaring 38,736 square feet of real public property associated with the Canal Blvd project as surplus. - Patterson Development is requesting approval for a Conditional Use Permit for a 1,632 square foot office building on property located at approximately 11235 N Highland Blvd. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
