The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Terrie Wierenga. 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from June 15, 2021 2. Deputy's Report 3. Discussion on a possible water usage agreement between Richmond City and the Richmond Irrigation & Power Company. 4. Discussion and update on the new SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system of the city. 5. Monthly financial review with discussion and decisions as necessary. 6. Council Member Reports 7. Mayor's Report Pay Bills Adjourn
