The agenda for the meeting includes the following: 1. Presentation of proposed annual assessment rate increase 2. Hearing for Annual Assessments Assessment: $150 under a 1/2 acre $220 equal to a 1/2 acre and up to 1 acre $70 per Agriculture Acre $80 for standby 3. Consideration for Approval of the annual assessment rate 4. Consideration for Approval of minutes from May 11, 2021, Board Meeting Dated this 14th day of July 2021.
